Fry’s Cruising Zodiac boat rides is based in Portland, Oregon, and
permitted to operate on all waterways and coastal bays of Oregon, where accessible.
Our primary tours take place on the magnificent Columbia and Willamette Rivers, respectively
from North Portland to the Bonneville Dam and downtown Portland to the Oregon City Falls (maps below).
